After a lot of negative publicity for Will.I.Am for ‘stealing’ a bunch of tracks for his new album, including Rebound, Epic, Tung and others, he responds to the whole situation in this video below. He says he has been unfairly accused of stealing Rebound from Arty and Mat Zo. He says he gave them credit, and that “you can’t steal if you credited somebody”. We’ll see how this turns out.

American broadcasting company 20th century FOX is currently working on an EDM movie. The storyline will be based on the EDM lifestyle and will be a crossover between Eminem’s 8 Mile and the movie that dominated Facebook last year: Project X. The story revolves around three teens trying to go to Diplo’s own Electronic Music Festival. This makes sense since it has already been confirmed that Diplo is going to be the Executive Producer of this movie on where he will work together with Kevin Kusatsu. Kevin is worldwide, one of Dance Music’s most influental executives so we are very curious on how this will develop.

During an interview with KROQ Morning Show, Diplo revealed that he is also gonna play a role in the movie. “I can definitely act. The good thing is I’m just going to be me, so it’s not that hard.”

I always listen to sets of W&W and Showtek, but I did not have seen them perform live.

When I hear the name “Tiësto,” I think of one of the world’s greatest and well known DJs whom stand alongside to other greats such as Armin van Buuren and Carl Cox. Tiësto’s music and DJ career date back to 1994 where he was a resident of The Spock in the Netherlands. After taking the dance community by storm in the 90’s, he launched into international stardom at the start of the millennium with the release of “In My Memory” featuring hits such as “Obsession” and “Lethal Industry. I’d love to go to Citymoves because I just started DJing myself. And I’ve always wanted to see Armin van Buuren, Dannic and Dyro live. They are great examples for me. Last year I went to my first festival and I absolutely loved it, it was the best experience!

I have never experienced an event such as this, with this kind of artists. It would be an absolute dream to go there once! I have been trying to create dance music for the last year now and these artists have been an amazing inspiration for me.
