Swanky Tunes – Blood Rush [Showland]
Russian EDM superstar trio Swanky Tunes launch their brand new label ‘Showland’ in collaboration with Spinnin’ Records and release ‘Blood Rush’ as its inaugural outing.
Swanky Tunes have quite a track record in the EDM scene. They started out in 1998, experimenting with different styles, mixing vintage synths with modern techno sounds. Nowadays their style can best be described as big room progressive house, with hints of 80′s electro and 90′s techno. Collaborations with Tiesto and fellow countrymen Hard Rock Sofa plus releases on Axtone, Spinnin’ Records, Mixmash, Refune and more, only add to Swanky Tunes’ impressive resume.
Now, it’s time for the Russian powerhouse to take another step into becoming true EDM royalty. The launch of their own imprint will definitely get them closer to where they want to be. ‘Showland’ is the name of their label and will become the home of Swanky Tunes but will also light the stage for upcoming talent and established names.
The first release will naturally be one by the masters themselves. ‘Blood Rush’ will be released September 3rd on Beatport and can best be described as a strong electro bomb with all the right elements to get the crowds moving. Lighting the dance floor on fire was never this easy, you simply can’t go wrong with this one!
